A 360 Degree View: Fostering Growth and Retention for Women in Technology

newsletterArtboard 3-100.jpg

This event is digital and free to attend. We look forward to seeing you there!

While the lack of women in the technology field is clear, we’re also seeing many talented females who are already working in the sector choosing to leave. In fact, a recent study by the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology found that 56 per cent of intermediate women in technology are at-risk of leaving their companies, and half end up leaving technical fields entirely.

Now is the time to shift the conversation from attracting women in technology to retaining them. Join Robert Half, Chic Geek and four incredible speakers for an in-depth panel discussion that explores why greater gender parity in technology matters, the realities of making it happen and the impact this focus on women in technology can have on economies as a whole.

Discussion highlights include:
• The pivotal role individuals and companies play in supporting female retention
• Strategies for keeping women engaged in the technology field
