As avid learners, bold adventurers, and strong changemakers, women want a clear path to advancement so their futures can grow as much as they have. Currently, there’s not enough women in tech and the women we do have are leaving; we’re here to change that.

We believe that through mentorship, community building, and career pathing we can shift the narrative. We know that women are passionate and dedicated to their careers, and we also know that the diversity women bring to the tech table is integral in achieving dynamic and innovative results in the workplace (and in the world).

Some assume that women are leaving to start families and are seeking more work-life balance. Our research shows that’s not the case. Women are dedicated to their careers, passionate about making an impact in their work.

The number one reason women are leaving is because they can’t see a path to advancement.

Career Pathing

As a working woman in the tech industry, there isn't always someone to chat about company questions and job-related challenges within arms reach. Career Pathing matches mentors with mentees to provide real advice for navigating the tech industry from high profile engineers to designers. This program promotes job visibility, and connects women in tech.

Company Partnerships

By partnering with us, your company becomes part of the solution - not just because you're committed to investing in female talent but also because our partnerships provide genuine mentorship opportunities for ambitious young women seeking to navigate this dynamic industry.

Community Involvement

Our ambition is what attracts people who share the same mindset to join our network. Get involved in conversations on social media or subscribe to monthly newsletters for more information about how we are leaders in our industry, and how we don't shy away from celebrating accomplishments and sharing opportunities.

Diversity Knowledge Hub

It’s called the Motherboard, because Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI) is just logical. Our Case Study Collaborators are generously sharing with us their stories of Conscious Leadership, Measurement and its impacts as well as how they remain Engaged to take Vulnerable Action in DEI. And most importantly, it provides other #tech organizations usable takeaways, and strategy ideas which they too can implement in their own businesses
