How to Craft a DEI Policy that Works for You

Crafting a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) commitment and policy doesn’t have to be laden in “legalise.” At Chic Geek, we believe…

DEI policies can be tangible, vibrant documents that fuel our teams and help propel our diversity and culture forward!

Presented by Chic Geek and the ICTC’s Talent Acquisition for the Digital Economy (TADE) program, join this session to hear from panelists with extensive backgrounds in developing, crafting and nurturing some of Canada’s most successful and tangible DEI policy work for startups, scaleups, and organizations in the public and private sector.

This is an interactive session and the DEI Policy case study featuring Inclusion by Libra is considered homework so you can come with your questions prepared! There will be opportunities for you to ask our DEI policy experts your direct questions during the session to help kickstart your own DEI work.
