I'm not just a cookie-cutter startup founder. I've spent time as an employee, contractor, consultant and entrepreneur in the technology industry. I'm also a mom of twins who loves playing sports and crafting. Along my journey, I have learned firsthand how to build diverse teams that are inclusive and welcoming of all perspectives. What started as a passion project at Chic Geek has turned into an important work mission to make sure women can have thriving careers in technology.
My goal is to solve the gender diversity problem in technology. Through Chic Geek, we provide support for mid-career women so they have space to thrive.
