Theresa is a communications and PR specialist with an extensive background in telling stories and connecting to others. She has headed up award-winning magazine teams, strategies around integrated digital and print content projects, as well as communications/marketing and content strategy initiatives for various for-profit and non-profit businesses, post-secondary institutions and groups.
She loves the challenge of solving problems creatively (and often collaboratively) through storytelling. Her work involves developing narratives that bring people together--whether it’s for a brand or cause she believes in or simply because she wants to connect with someone new, and when she’s not with Chic Geek she’s running her own content and media relations strategy biz for tech, startups and other social innovators and creators.
