Career Pathing is unlike any other mentorship program available for women in the workforce, and that’s because it has been developed with intention for a unique community searching for support. Here is what Chic Geek promises to do to maintain that for you:

• Matches are never automated or rushed. While we pride ourselves on finding you a great match as soon as we can, we are able to do so because we have a passionate team who reviews your profile as soon as it comes in.

• We create space for candid, honest feedback. We value progress over perfection, and are always open for a conversation with our community about where we can improve and serve you better

And since relationships are a two-way street, here is our ask from our Career Pathing Community:

• Approach your submissions and meetings with thoughtfulness. The more detailed your answers, the better matches we will be able to make for you. When completing the intake form, if the questions don’t seem suited to your current needs, let us know! We are always happy to chat with you about what you are looking for, and point you in the direction of your next adventure.

• Please respect our value of Candid & Connected Relationships. At Chic Geek, we believe that strong relationships with others starts with healthy relationships with ourselves. If at any time you feel that you do not have the space or capacity for Career Pathing, please let us know. No hard feelings!
